Job Description
House Buyers Ontario is a disruptive Real Estate Company, based out of Toronto. Founded by 2 young, Toronto-based entrepreneurs in 2014. With 100% year over year growth since COVID-19 Pandemic, we've expanding at a rapid rate. We are now hiring an in-house Property Manager as we continue to scale.
This is a unique role:
overseeing both multi-unit properties and single-family residential properties all through Southern Ontario.This role is a combination of salary + commission. On Target Earning are between $85,000-$105,000 CAD per year.
Key responsibilities are:
Tenanting Properties (listing, viewing, sign leases, selecting) Handling tenant inquiries Showing properties (at location) Basic Legal notices (eviction) Dispatching repairs and service Managing CRM Working with accountant for rents and non-payments
Skills and Experience needed:
Passion for Real Estate Sales-driven Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communications skills (enjoy dealing with people) Valid Driver's license Reliable Vehicle Property Management experience is an asset
