Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities to foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while maintaining positive relationships with tenants. Maintain accurate records of property activities, including financial transactions and maintenance requests. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and filing systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong tenant relationships. Familiarity with Quickbooks. Effective negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts. Previous office experience that demonstrates organizational abilities and attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
