Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kelowna, BC. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing budgets, tenant relations, negotiating contracts, and supervising property staff. The role also involves property inspections, marketing vacancies, and ensuring all properties meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Qualifications

Property management, tenant relations, and lease agreement administration skills Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in property management Hands-on knowledge of property maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination Proficiency in marketing rental properties and managing vacancies Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Familiarity with property management software and basic computer applications Ability to manage and lead property management teams effectively Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred Certification such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) is a plush Experience using Yardi Breeze Premier
