Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Property Manager carrying a general license to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio in GTA. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing properties, coordinating maintenance, handling budgets, and ensuring timely response to owners' concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including building/property maintenance, tenders, bids and contracts, as well as budgeting and owner relations. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and the board of directors. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained. Resolve owners' complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Experience as a property manager with a minimum of three years, or in a similar role within the property management field. Strong knowledge of property management and relevant laws. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in property management software and MS Office. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
