Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with property management software, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to tenants and clients.

This role is responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient office procedures. The Property Manager plays a key role in preserving the value, performance, and reputation of our properties through effective management and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations

Utilize property management software to track leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and financial reports

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards, compliance, and overall property condition

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive tenant relationships

Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping for property-related documentation

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and inspections

Assist with marketing and leasing efforts to attract new tenants using sales and customer relationship management strategies

Negotiate lease agreements and renewal terms with prospective and existing tenants

Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to property management

Requirements



Proven experience in property management or a related administrative role

Proficiency with management software

Strong office administration experience, including data entry, filing, and record keeping

Excellent customer service skills with professional phone and email etiquette

Knowledge of property management practices, CMMS systems, and negotiation techniques

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management is an asset

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.40 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
