Property Manager (general License Required)

Job Description

As a Condominium Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of residential condominium properties while working closely with Boards of Directors. You will be responsible for building maintenance coordination, financial oversight, resident relations, vendor management, and ensuring full compliance with the Condominium Act and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities: -Manage day-to-day condominium operations and building performance Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs -Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and condo fee collections -Communicate effectively with residents, board members, and stakeholders -Oversee vendors, contractors, and on-site staff -Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, bylaws, and governance standards -Handle resident concerns, disputes, and after-hours emergencies as required

Qualifications & Requirements: -Experience in condominium or property management -RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation or working toward certification preferred Strong understanding of the Condominium Act and Toronto bylaws -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills -Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
