We are seeking a dedicated and proactive License Property Manager to become a part of our team.
Your Daily Activities:
Budget & Finance:
Prepare draft budgets, manage budget resources, and report on revenues/expenditures.
Contract Management:
Handle tendering, development, and execution of contracts; supervise contractors.
Communication & Records:
Manage mail/email, prepare resident correspondence, and maintain organized records
Software & Systems:
Ensure the smooth operation and updating of property management software.
Security & Reporting:
Review security reports, address issues, and provide monthly summaries.
Resident Data:
Maintain and update resident/owner information systems.
Meeting & AGM Support:
Assist with the setup and execution of resident meetings.
Project Oversight:
Collaborate on Reserve Fund projects, manage proposals, and ensure timely, on-budget completion.
Policy & Bylaw Enforcement:
Enforce community policies and address resident concerns.
Trades Management:
Coordinate with trades, oversee work, and manage related approvals.
General Operations:
Supervise staff, ensure efficient building operations, and handle other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of property management experience, working with multiple properties.
3-5 years Advanced MS application experience
Superior client services and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
RCM designation or working towards RCM designation required
A Limited License is must; General License is preferred.
