In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the day-to-day operations of our client\'s properties, ensuring tenant contentment while maintaining the financial prosperity of our portfolio.   • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain positive tenant relationships through exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage lease agreements encompassing new leases, renewals, and terminations. Ensure accurate documentation of lease terms and punctual collection of rental payments.
  • Supervise rent collection processes, monitor delinquencies, and take corrective actions to guarantee punctual and precise rent payments.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and enhancements. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure work meets high standards.
  • Devise and execute marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, conduct property tours, and facilitate the application and leasing process.
  • Assist in formulating property budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance against set objectives.
  • Ensure properties adhere to local laws, regulations, and property management standards. Address compliance-related matters as they arise.
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging by maintaining regular communication with tenants through newsletters, announcements, and community events.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality services, maintaining property functionality and aesthetics.
  • Be available to address emergencies, working alongside maintenance teams and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit routine property performance reports, featuring occupancy rates, financial data, and maintenance updates.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in property management or a related field, showcasing adept organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interaction, team collaboration, and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and RentCafe) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices
  • Detail-oriented mindset with adeptness in multitasking and prioritization
  • Solid financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
