The Opportunity

We are seeking a

Property Manager

who thrives in responsibility and leadership. This role is central to our operations and requires someone who is decisive, organized, and comfortable being accountable for people, processes, and performance.

You will oversee day-to-day operations of multi-family properties, lead leasing and administrative functions, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure an exceptional resident experience--while maintaining financial discipline and operational efficiency.

This role is best suited for someone who:

What You'll Be Responsible For

Full operational oversight of assigned residential properties Managing leasing performance, renewals, and vacancy strategy Oversight of rent collections, arrears, and enforcement of lease terms Vendor and contractor management (maintenance, cleaning, trades) Budget tracking, operating cost control, and reporting Leading and supporting leasing agents and administrative staff Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies Handling escalated resident issues professionally and decisively Maintaining accurate records, systems, and documentation

Qualifications

3-5+ years of residential property management experience is preferred but we're open to training people new to the industry as well Experience managing multi-family rental buildings Strong knowledge of leasing, operations, and tenant relations Financial literacy and comfort working with budgets and reports Strong administrative and documentation skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
