Position advertised: Property Manager, Marketer , Office Center Reception AAR Group
We seek a motivated, independent, outgoing individual to wear several hats as property manager/marketer/receptionist with the AAR Group (AAR Management Inc., Native Roofs Inc. and Applied Aquatic Research Ltd.). The position is full time based at Suite 300, 1933-10th Avenue, SW. Your role will be to answer telephones for both AAR and AARM, support tenants in our office center and throughout our buildings in Sunalta on an as needed basis. The right individual enjoys working with people, wants to market office space for lease, manage office supply needs, and complete all tasks in the operations binder for the AAR Office Center. The successful candidate will: ? Manage business center daily opening and closing; ? Track Building and office center tenant requests and work with management to address challenges; ? Track office supplies for business center and two properties; ? Answer telephone professionally and direct phone calls for either of AAR Ltd. or the AAR Office Center; greet office center tenants and their visitors professionally and direct them as required; ? Problem solve daily challenges and work with tenants to achieve property management success; ? Retrieve monthly office center photocopy record and courier chits for invoicing and provide to comptroller for invoicing monthly; ? Work with comptroller to collect rent in a timely and efficient way; ? Assist management with miscellaneous tasks including additional "housekeeping" as it arises; ? Coordinate and identify suitable social events for the AAR Group of Companies (Stampede, Xmas, Kids); ? Oversee Office Center and operations, plus train and incorporate the AAR office center mgr. to assist AAR Ltd. office management to support the latter as needed; ? Work with the President to Market suites in the Office Center and remainder of the properties, develop marketing plan to fill spaces ? Respond to alarms should they be triggered and complete a security sweep You will work with AAR Administrator and President to include, but not be restricted to identification of potential challenges in our spaces, assist with drafting lease offers and leases proper, marketing other spaces for lease in the office and generating ideas to enhance our office space. You will maintain the kitchen and keep the fridge stocked in the office center, and patrol floors in 1929 and 1933 buildings to make sure bathroom supplies and the like are stocked, recycling is moved from hallways into the 1929 recycling bin, common area spaces are tidy, and ensure the buildings are secure.
