Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Property Manager

with

2+ years of experience

to manage day-to-day property operations. Strong administrative skills are a significant asset for this role.

Key Responsibilities:



Property Management Duties:



Manage day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers Conduct move-ins, move-outs, and periodic property inspections Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner Ensure properties comply with local bylaws, safety standards, and lease terms Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records Knowledge of QuickBooks

Administrative Duties:



Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments Handle filing, documentation, and general correspondence Manage office supplies and assist with basic office operations Support rent tracking, notices, and internal reporting as required

Requirements:



Minimum

2+ years of experience

in property management and/or office administration Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Property management software experience is an asset Knowledge of QuickBooks
