Property Management Agent
Job Description
This will be an on call position!
Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle. (Best if its a truck) We are looking for someone to run errands and be our eyes and ears on the ground as needed. When there is a task that we are unable to go and take care of, we need this person to be able to jump into action and complete the task. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
General Handyman Tasks
Picking up packages
Delivering packages
Taking photos of real estate properties
Video touring around the inside of properties
Visual Inspections
Picking up and delivering materials to job sites
General Errands
communicating with tenants This person needs to be organized, great with technology, efficient with time management, and be available on call. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour Schedule:
- On call
- Are you willing to be on call for any emergencies or in person property check ins?
