Property Maintenance Worker / Appliance Repair
Job Description
RM Properties is looking for a team player in the wonderful property management industry! We would love to find a candidate with experience in appliance repair. Also, tasks will include plumbing and electrical repair work, carpentry, drywall patching, painting, cleaning, snow shoveling / plowing, lawn care...basically anything that comes with property maintenance, so a Jack of all trades and master of none!
One key component we are looking for is that she or he cares about our real estate and tenants like they were their own! We are locally owned and operated in a competitive market and take pride in our real estate.
To work independently is a definite must. And you need a flexible schedule as turn overs are on the 1st of each month which sometimes are on the weekends or holidays.
Vehicle is a must, having your own tools would be preferred and we pay the gas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

maintenance: 4 years (required)
