Property Maintenance & Cleaner

Based in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia, August Motorcars specializes in the sale and service of luxury and exotic vehicles to clients worldwide while providing an incredible experience to our clients, and that standard starts with our facility. We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to help maintain our world-class showroom and property.

What You'll Do:

As a key part of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our facilities -- inside and out. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Daily cleaning of showroom, offices, and common areas Washroom sanitation and supply restocking Property upkeep (sweeping, garbage removal, minor landscaping and lawn mowing) Light maintenance and repair work as needed Supporting vehicle detailing team during peak times Monitoring and reporting maintenance or safety issues

What You Bring:

Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physically capable of performing cleaning and light maintenance tasks Previous experience in cleaning or property maintenance is an asset A proactive attitude and willingness to help where needed
