RentCorp is looking for a full-time

Property Coordinator

to join our growing team. Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a quick problem solver? This role may be perfect for you.

RentCorp manages over 1,000 units, many of which are student rentals. We are looking for someone to support our leasing, administration, and maintenance departments. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors, helping to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to tenant requests for maintenance and resolve property-related issues. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service. Communicate with property owners, answer their questions, and provide updates on their properties. Sell RentCorp's property management services to potential clients. Contact tenants regarding rent arrears and communicate with owners regarding unpaid rent. Accept rent payments and issue receipts. Prepare, scan, and send documents to owners and tenants. Update and maintain RentCorp's property management software. Ensure hardcopy and digital files are organized and accurate. Manage keys, lockboxes, signage, and related office inventory. Conduct property inspections, document findings, and issue work orders. Coordinate new owner takeovers, move-ins, and move-outs. Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements and notices. Assist with leasing units, including answering inquiries, scheduling, and conducting showings. Provide guidance to tenants on maintaining their units. Liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work. Support team members and managers with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required Skills



Strong customer service and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when required.

Additional Requirements



Valid

G driver's licence

and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Hours



$20 per hour, 37.5+ hours per week. $21 After probationary period. Regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5. 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Some evening and weekend appointments may be required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
