Position Overview



As the Property Care Crew Leader, you will oversee a crew to ensure the maintenance of our high-end residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:




Primary Duties (April to December):




Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and general turf maintenance. Garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and planting. Mulching and seasonal plant installations. Operating and maintaining equipment safely and efficiently. Leading your crew to complete daily tasks to the highest standard. Ensuring client satisfaction by communicating professionally and addressing any on-site concerns.



Seasonal Duties (November to December and March):




Installing and removing Christmas light displays. Ensuring decorations are installed safely and reflect the quality craftsmanship we're known for.



Layoff Period (January and February):




Eligible for

Employment Insurance (EI) benefits

.

Employer top-up pay

during the layoff period.



What We're Looking For




Experience in landscaping, gardening, or property care (supervisory experience is a strong asset). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Alignment with our mission, vision, and core values: Pursuit of Excellence, Committed Relationships, and Authentic Integrity. Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions. Valid G driver's license (required). Experience with landscaping equipment and basic mechanical skills.
