You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor to everything you do.As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Property Manager. Your outstanding communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude integrity and your customer service skills are second to none. You also assist the property manager with regular reporting, budgets, tenant correspondence and planning of events.In This RoleYou develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and co-workers.You respond in a timely manner to tenantsxe2x80x99 needs to meet lease obligations.You support the property manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy and timely.You effectively lead all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent collections and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.What Youxe2x80x99ll BringMinimum of 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants needs.Excellent customer service skills, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.Bonus skills and experienceFamiliarity with real estate software such as Yardi, etc.Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.Approximate Salary Range for Role: $51,000.00 to $65,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
