The Property Administrator oversees the administrative and maintenance operations of a property. The Property Administrator is responsible for administration of property accounts receivable and management of resident accounts, and provides superior customer service in all interactions with residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Assist in overseeing Tenant Services, Property Administration, Payables and Office Administration. Provide administrative support including preparation of notices and other resident correspondence. Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide process improvements that proactively enhance the customer experience. Maintain an orderly office area, including proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence. Assist with collection of delinquent rents. Answer incoming calls on multi-line telephones and referring inquiries. Generate work orders as required. Carry out ad-hoc and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



A passion for excellence in customer service delivery. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Detail-oriented; ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense.

Minimum Requirements:



2 or more years' experience in real estate property administration.

Preferred Attributes:



Post-secondary education.

Work Schedule:

Employees are expected to work onsite.

Occasionally lift, carry, and move up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.

Salary Range


Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.


$47,340.00 - $71,000.00
