In-Depth Property Site Administration / Superintendent Experience



The Property Administrator plays a crucial role in the efficient management of property operations. This position involves overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring that all property-related activities are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset, contributing to the overall success of the property management team.

Minimum 5 Years Experience in Property Administration or Superintendent services

Responsibilities



In-Depth Property Site Administration / Superintendent Experience in High rise condo building:

Leverage significant, prior experience in property management to effectively handle the responsibilities and challenges of the role, drawing on a deep understanding of best practices and industry standards.

Regular Onsite Property Inspections:

Conduct thorough, routine inspections of the entire property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.

Prompt Issue Identification and Reporting:

Vigilantly identify any issues or irregularities on the property and promptly report them to management, ensuring swift action to mitigate risks and maintain standards.

Engaging with Contractors and Vendors:

Proactively contact and coordinate with contractors and vendors to address property issues, including emergency situations. Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Overseeing Repairs and Maintenance:

Supervise ongoing repair and maintenance activities carried out by contractors and vendors. Ensure that all work is completed promptly and to high-quality standards, continuously monitoring to uphold excellence.

Handling Resident Communications:

Responsively take calls from customers and residents, coordinating with relevant parties to address and resolve their requests and issues. Strive to provide exceptional customer service and foster professional relationships with all residents.

Preparing Operational Reports:

Diligently prepare and update an issues log, documenting all incidents and actions taken. Generate periodic operational reports for management, attend meetings, and present updates and insights as necessary.

Fluency in English and Communication Skills:

Demonstrate strong proficiency in both verbal and written English communication. Exhibit excellent customer service skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with residents and stakeholders.

Skills



Strong negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and tenant relations. Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive relationships with tenants and vendors. Proficiency in office administration, including filing, data entry, and record keeping. Familiarity with software for property management tasks is highly desirable. Strong skills in Excel, Word and Google Suite Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients and tenants. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This role is essential for maintaining high standards of property management while ensuring tenant satisfaction through effective communication and administrative support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
