Main Responsibilities:



Represent property owners in preparing, discussing, and finalizing lease arrangements for residential, commercial, and office properties, while ensuring that agreed-upon terms are fully observed by all parties. Coordinate day-to-day property services, including routine cleaning, general maintenance, and renovation projects, and track the progress and associated costs on behalf of the owners. Assist in resolving issues raised by municipal departments or community authorities, including waste-management concerns and tenant-related matters involving multi-unit properties. Arrange licensed tradespeople for repair and maintenance tasks (e.g., electrical or plumbing work), monitor the completion of the work, and handle related invoicing and payments. Support tenants in understanding and protecting their legal rights by liaising with relevant agencies--such as Access Nova Scotia, legal service providers, and the Small Claims Board--and serve as a liaison between tenants and property owners. Maintain accurate records of expenses and income, and prepare reports to assist property owners in evaluating property performance and potential investment returns. Compile internal financial and operational records, including equipment purchases and administrative expenses, and prepare periodic summaries for management review.

Basic Qualifications:



High school diploma or above Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience coordinating service-related tasks and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. Highly organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
