ROSNO Property Management and Leasing is a diversified property management company located in Halifax are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Administrator!
Responsibilities:
Working in-office Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Manage and update tenant leases and maintain account information
Produce all tenant and superintendent communications
Reception coverage, incoming phone calls, email, and respond to enquiries
Maintaining other company records, preparing reports, excel spreadsheets, writing letters, filing, ordering supplies, and organizing the office
Advertising on social media and maintaining the company website
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in property administration
Experience with lease packages, tenant and superintendent communications
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Property Management software - Yardi an asset
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills
Strong knowledge with social media platforms - specifically Instagram and Facebook
