Property Administrator - Based in the Kelowna Office

Pacific Quorum Properties offers Strata, Commercial and Rental Management services across B.C. from our 13 office locations. We are looking for a rockstar Administrator to join our Kelowna office. This role will be based in our Kelowna office but will be supporting the entire provincial administrative team.

YOUR SKILL SET:



You have at least 2 year of administrative experience

You have a high attention to detail, and very rarely make typos!

A talent for listening and resolving client concerns Expertise in maintaining property files (physical & electronic) A knack for multitasking and managing competing priorities Exceptional attention to detail Highly organized Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel A reputation for reliability and punctuality Strong computer skills A customer service mindset with outstanding communication skills The ability to thrive under time constraints You look for solutions before coming to your supervisor You are able to juggle many different priorities coming at you, always keeping a smile on your face!

YOUR ROLE AT PACIFIC QUORUM PROPERTIES:



Communicate directly with clients, realtors, and notaries via phone and email Address client concerns and provide effective resolutions Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks supporting approximately 20 buildings Maintain accurate owner information and update database as required Act as the go-to for incoming form/document requests from multiple offices Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for document requests Draft arrears and bylaw letters Edit and proofread council minutes Prepare Annual General Meeting Packages
This full-time position offers a rewarding schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
