  • Rapports financiers : pr\xc3\xa9paration des rapports mensuels (comptes de r\xc3\xa9gularisation, analyse des \xc3\xa9tats financiers, analyse des \xc3\xa9carts), assistance \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9vision et \xc3\xa0 la saisie du budget et documentation, pr\xc3\xa9visions des ventes, estimations des co\xc3\xbbts des services publics, administration, % des loyers et recouvrements.
  • Administration des baux : service au locataire, mise en place du bail, mise en oeuvre des charges, d\xc3\xa9termination de l\'exclusion des co\xc3\xbbts d\'exploitation, recouvrement des Comptes Recevables (la personne assistera en cas de probl\xc3\xa8mes avec le compte du locataire ou pour des explications sp\xc3\xa9cifiques), r\xc3\xa9conciliations des comptes des locataires, facturation du % de loyer et des services publics et suivi des co\xc3\xbbts mensuels, facturation de fin d\'ann\xc3\xa9e, facturation annuelle pour les locataires cl\xc3\xa9s, taxes fonci\xc3\xa8res, analyse des ventes, remboursement des cr\xc3\xa9dits des locataires, mises \xc3\xa0 jour globales annuelles, mises \xc3\xa0 jour des GLA dans JDE et OASIS, ensemble d\'audits mensuels.
  • Fournir un soutien \xc3\xa0 la direction et aux services comptables, juridiques et de location du si\xc3\xa8ge social. Y compris la budg\xc3\xa9tisation, le suivi des co\xc3\xbbts, les informations sur les locataires et les baux, et les informations sur les b\xc3\xa2timents.
Pour r\xc3\xa9ussir dans ce r\xc3\xb4le, vous :
  • Avoir un minimum de 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en comptabilit\xc3\xa9/finances
  • Avoir des comp\xc3\xa9tences dans au moins un de ces domaines : administration des baux, comptabilit\xc3\xa9, finance, cr\xc3\xa9dit et/ou recouvrement.
  • Avoir une exp\xc3\xa9rience de l\'administration des biens immobiliers est un atout
  • Formation : dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou coll\xc3\xa9gial en comptabilit\xc3\xa9, finance, immobilier
  • Avoir d\'excellentes aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la communication et une grande attention aux d\xc3\xa9tails dans un environnement o\xc3\xb9 les activit\xc3\xa9s se d\xc3\xa9roulent \xc3\xa0 un rythme rapide
  • S\'\xc3\xa9panouir dans des organisations qui \xc3\xa9voluent et s\'adaptent constamment
  • Adopter le partage des connaissances en collaboration dans un environnement de travail d\'\xc3\xa9quipe
  • Avoir un esprit analytique et critique

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for :
Your challenges among us!

  • Financial reporting: preparation of monthly reports (accruals, financial statement analysis, variance analysis), assistance with budget forecasting and inputting and documentation, sales forecasts, utility cost estimates, administration, % of rent and collections.
  • Lease Administration : service to the tenant, lease setup, implementation of charges, determining exclusion of operating costs, collection of Accounts Receivable (the person will assist in case of problems with the tenant\'s account or for specific explanations), reconciliations of tenant accounts, billing of % rent and utilities and tracking of monthly costs, year-end billing, annual billing for key tenants, property taxes, sales analysis, tenant credit repayment, annual global updates, GLA updates in JDE and OASIS, monthly audit package.
  • Provide support to management, accounting, legal and leasing departments at head office. Including budgeting, cost tracking, tenant and lease information, and building information.
To be successful in this role, you :
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting/finance
  • Have expertise in at least one of these areas: lease administration, accounting, finance, credit and/or collections.
  • Experience in real estate administration is an asset.
  • Education: university or college degree in accounting, finance, real estate
  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thriving in organizations that are constantly evolving and adapting
  • Embrace collaborative knowledge sharing in a team environment
  • Have an analytical and critical mind
  • Excellent command of Excel, especially for the creation of models and pivot tables.
  • Experience with the JDE system is an asset
