WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will play a key role in supporting residents and site teams, ensuring smooth office administration, and handling regional-level reporting. You'll oversee resident correspondence, assist with lease agreements, support financial processes, and help implement automation tools. Additionally, you'll coordinate collections efforts, maintain legal documentation, and provide training to new team members.
