We are Makaira Properties Ltd, an investment and development company. We are located at 294 Main Street, Antigonish, B2G 2C4, Nova Scotia, Canada. We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Property Administrator (NOC 13101). This is a 3-year position.
Responsibilities:
Procure new rental property investment opportunities
Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and cost of work for property owner
Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, prepare reports and review rents to ensure they are at market value
Ensure that trouble calls received from clients or tenants are acted upon
Administer damage deposits
Hire and supervise rental agents, property clerks, building superintendents or other support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.

Education:
High school diploma
Minimum five years of work experience in the relevant field.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
