Property Accountant
to join our team and play a key role in our financial operations.What You'll Do
Handle full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. Prepare monthly tenant billings, maintain rent rolls, and manage lease-related accounting entries. Complete CAM and operating cost reconciliations with high accuracy. Process AP/AR, perform bank reconciliations, and support cash flow management. Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, capital project tracking, and HST filings. Partner closely with Property Managers and the leadership team to provide financial insights.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of property accounting or real estate accounting experience. Strong understanding of commercial leases, CAM recoveries, and property operations. Experience with Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar real estate accounting systems. A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-growing environment.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
