Position: Property Accountant - expanding retail company
Location: Anjou
Salary: $85K to $95K
Great job opportunity for a dynamic go-getter looking to join a fast-growing retailer in expansion mode. This Property Accountant will play a key role in the financial management of their retail properties.

- Responsible for the full accounting cycle from A-Z
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements for 15 properties
- Tax adjustments
- Adjusting entries
- Month end, journal entries
- Responsible for intercompany reconciliation
- Responsible for forecasting and budget preparation for all buildings
- Preparation of year-end audit files
Job Requirements:
- DEC, certificate, DEP or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in real estate required
- Experience with Hopem software
- Strong excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
