Responsibilities

Engage potential and existing clients through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and virtual meetings Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies Attend industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote brand awareness Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Ability to demonstrate products confidently and effectively during demos Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Prior experience in marketing or product promotion is a plus
