Responsibilities
The Project Accountant will manage a broad scope of tasks, ranging from lease accounting to operations analysis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- periodic financial and management reporting for asset managers, investors and lenders
- cash management and bank reconciliations
- budgets and forecasts with variance commentary / analysis
- GL maintenance, depreciation / amortization
- lease set-up, rent calculations + schedules, recovery reconciliations
Our client is seeking a professional who possesses
- 2 or more years\' relevant experience;full-cycle accounting, financial + management reporting, budgeting + forecasting
- strong knowledge of IFRS and real-estate accounting experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach
