Mandatory Requirements

M1:

A university bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. (Yes/No)*

Minimum

10 years

of recent and relevant experience as a

Senior Project Manager

M3:

Minimum

10 years

of

Project Management experience in digital health / eHealth

within a

Canadian jurisdiction

.

M4:

Minimum

12 years

of

Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT)

experience.

M5:

Minimum

5 years

of demonstrated experience managing projects directly affecting the

Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI)

and

Master Data Management (MDM)

components.

M6:

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Ability to

travel for face-to-face meetings

in New Brunswick. (Yes/No)*

Desirable Skills and Attributes

D1:

5+ years of recent experience as a

Senior Project Manager

managing

technology projects

within

eHealth / digital health

, preferably in a

Canadian jurisdiction

D2:

5+ years of experience in

communication planning, coordination, and implementation

, including presentations to internal, external, and executive stakeholders.

D3:

10+ years of experience establishing and supporting

project governance

for effective oversight, guidance, decision-making, and approvals.

D4:

5+ years of experience managing

large, complex projects

that: Cross multiple business units or organizations (4-5+), Involve 15+ direct participants, Run for more than one year, and Address both business transformation and technical issues.

D5:

10+ years of experience in

project monitoring, control, and execution

, including: Planning and scheduling Reporting and quality management Issue/risk management Change control, implementation, and transition to operations

D6:

10+ years of experience as a

Project Manager

overseeing teams of

IT specialists

on information technology projects.

D7:

10+ years of experience in

vendor and contract governance and management

to achieve project outcomes and benefits.

D8:

Familiarity with

data security, confidentiality, and client privacy

requirements under

New Brunswick's Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act (PHIPAA)

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $30.83-$90.18 per hour
