Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project/Estimator Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our Estimators/Project Managers for construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies.

Duties

Assist in the project cycle from estimation to completion of project Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials. Prepare detailed cost estimates Collaborate with project management Deal with suppliers to secure the best pricing for materials and services. Maintain accurate records of estimates, changes, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Some assistance to Safety Manager

Skills

MUST HAVE knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Prepare extras for contracts Prepare submittals Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients. Pay: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
