We are currently seeking a Project Team Leader to oversee daily operations, provide hands-on leadership, and ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Job Overview



The Project Team Leader is a proactive, results-driven individual who takes pride in guiding a team to deliver high-quality outcomes. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily activities, delegating tasks, and ensuring safety and efficiency on every project. You'll work closely with both management and crew members, balancing hands-on involvement with leadership responsibilities to drive successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and coordinate a crew on precast concrete production and construction-related tasks. Assign daily responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met. Provide hands-on support in fabrication, form building, equipment setup, and repairs when needed. Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite. Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Communicate project updates and challenges to supervisors and management.

Qualifications & Experience



Previous experience in a lead hand, crew lead, or supervisory role in construction, manufacturing, or related industries. Strong knowledge of tools, measurements, and construction techniques. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or training in construction or leadership is an asset. Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Must be able to provide a Criminal Background Check

Working Conditions and Physical Demands



Hands-on leadership role in plant and outdoor settings. Exposure to varying weather conditions and production environments. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required. Frequent need to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to changing project demands.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
