We're looking for a Project Supervisor to lead crews and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. If you're a strong leader with railway experience and a passion for safety and quality, this is your opportunity to make a difference.



What You'll Do

Lead and manage a crew to meet project goals for safety, quality, and scheduling. Pre-plan work activities with management and develop safety action plans. Organize day-to-day operations, ensuring proper resources (labour, equipment, materials) are in place. Conduct tailgate meetings, daily briefings, and enforce safe work practices. Monitor crew performance, production goals, and implement corrective actions when needed. Review project documentation and ensure work meets specifications. Communicate with managers, contractors, and customers to maintain high satisfaction. Complete administrative tasks including timesheets, production reports, and equipment logs. Coach and mentor crew members to build a strong, safety-focused team.

What You Bring

Valid driver's license. High school diploma. Minimum 5 years of railway supervisory experience (Foreman or equivalent). Knowledge of project management and scheduling methods. Valid certifications: Canadian Railway Operating Rules, TIG, PTS (training available). First Aid, WHMIS, Confined Space, CSTS certifications (or willingness to obtain). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical work in a field environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
