Project Supervisor

to lead field operations for our roofing and foundation waterproofing projects.





This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate crews, coach foremen, and keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to Top Notch standards. If you're an organized, people-first leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and accountability, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Lead project start-ups: review scope, assign roles, and coordinate foremen. Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met. Partner with the Production Manager to align manpower, schedules, and resources. Support safety initiatives and enforce company safety protocols. Mentor and develop foremen and crew members through clear communication and coaching. Coordinate onboarding and training of new hires. Maintain open communication between the office and field teams.

What You Bring

Proven experience supervising crews and managing projects in construction or roofing. Strong communication and leadership skills - able to give clear direction and build trust. Organized, adaptable, and proactive when challenges arise on site. Background in roofing or trades (an asset but not required). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
