Job Description
The Project Superintendent will serve as a direct representative of the company, ensuring that standards, ethics and compliance are being met. Additionally, they will ensure consistent day-to-day operations of the site and assist the Project Manager, as needed.
- Work under the guidance of the Project Manager, assisting in day-to-day functions associated with running a multi-trade ICI site.
- Monitor field work for compliance with standards, specs, drawings, etc
- Direct and coordinate sub-trades
- Assist in the set up and management of project files
- Assist in sub-trade negotiations, purchase orders, letters of intent, change orders, etc.
- Correspond with owners, architects, engineers, trades and suppliers
- Assist with document control and manual preparation
- Help to manage shop drawing, submittal logs and approvals
- Manage and monitor site labor
- Track deliveries of purchased equipment and critical materials
- Attend project site meetings and conduct sub-trade coordination meetings
- Develop a 4-week look ahead schedule, circulated weekly

- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specs, etc
- 2+ years of construction industry experience
- Strong knowledge of MS office
- Valid driver\'s license
