The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection mechanical construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Site Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate with trade foremen.
Liaise with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
Project Management:
Develop and/or maintain construction schedules.
Provide production targets and review performance
Provide lookahead schedules in granular detail
Coordinate and review drawings.
Coordinate material deliveries
Develop Material Lists and ensure materials are on site intime for site work
Generate RFIs as required to clarify scope and document changes
Assist in requirements to submit change orders
Identify out of scope work and report to PM
Supervise Subcontractors
Ensure that project information (RFI Responses, SI, Changes) is shared with Subtrades and all employees as required.
Safety and Quality:
Ensure health and safety of all workers under your supervision
Ensure all work is performed as per the IPH OH&S Manual
Ensure workers are aware of all known hazards
Support and participate in incident investigations
Report all incidents
Conduct Weekly Safety Meetings
Conduct Daily Toolbox meetings
Review and Audit FLHAs
Ensure workers are trained in the tasks they are assigned
Engage in the creation of the project ITP
Ensure documents are completed to meet the requirements of the project quality plan and ITP
Report quality issues
Support and participate in Quality investigations
Ensure installations with code compliances
Administrative:
Review and approve timecards.
Generate daily reports as required
Maintain a project journal
Capture project photos
Employee Development and Continuous Improvement:
Mentor and develop trade foremen and other site staff.
Identify employee performance gaps
Participate in employee reviews
Address and record disciplinary issues and recommend corrective actions
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Provide input on constructability.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
