Project & Resource Manager

to join our growing Data Analytics team. This hybrid role is responsible for

optimizing team operations,

resource planning

, and

supporting project delivery

to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

What You'll Be Doing





Monitor

the

project pipeline

and

allocate resources

effectively across

internal staff

and

contractors

.

Partner with HR

to

recruit, onboard, and support

contractors

with the right

skills

and company

fit

. Conduct

regular check-ins

to assess

capacity, workload, and project health

.

Identify resource gaps

and

propose solutions

, including

reallocation

or

hiring

. Ensure

compliance

with

internal processes

and maintain

quality standards

. Serve as the

primary point of contact

for

team members

and

contractors

, providing

guidance

and

support

.

Develop dashboards, reports, and forecasts

using

Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL

.

Manage full project lifecycle

from

intake to completion

, ensuring

timely, on-budget delivery

.

Monitor project hours

,

flag discrepancies

, and

implement corrective actions

.

Review and distribute

weekly burndown reports

and

monthly invoicing

. Act as an

expert

in

client business, analytics/technology trends

, and

best practices

.

Consult with clients

on

project prioritization

within

available resources

.

Lead internal teams

,

contractors

, and

workflow processes

.

Draft project documentation

(

findings, recommendations, technical specs

) with

team support

.

Influence clients

to make

timely, clear decisions

.

Communicate effectively

between

clients

and the

delivery team

, resolving

escalations

.

Support revenue growth

and

program profitability

.

Develop time and value estimates

for

proposals

and

SOWs

.

Provide clients

with

strategic marketing

and

technical guidance

.



What You'll Bring





Bachelor's degree in

Communications, Analytics, Marketing, Technical,

or a related field.

5+ years managing projects, resources, and operations

in

web, technology, or agency

environments.

Project management experience with strong knowledge of PM tools, philosophies, and processes.

Experience

sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating technically skilled contractors

. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for allocation, utilization tracking, and reporting. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management

skills.


Bonus Experience




Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a bonus! Experience with Tableau, Power BI and other analytics tools
