Position Description:
The Trade Enrichment Data Reporting & Allocations (TEDRA) is looking for a well-rounded candidate to join its global Project Management and Program Reporting (PMPR) team. The project management office collaborates with technology project owners, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures central technology process and reporting requirements are met. Team members also work with department heads to manage budget process tasks as they pertain to project cost and Client requirements.
TEDRA:
TEDRA maintains, distributes, and reports on Institutional Securities trading data. It is also responsible for developing and supporting applications for middle-office cash processing that facilitate straight-through processing by enriching on trades and providing client allocation tools.
Primary responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate that is a Project and Program Management professional and has a good understanding of Agile principles. The scope of the role necessitates a proactive candidate who is diligent, comfortable dealing with large volumes of data, and thrives in an environment of change. This candidate has a passion for working with people and teams to help them improve and deliver their best work. The candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals, and a strong commitment to high quality standards. From an agile perspective, you will work directly with our squads to advise and oversee performance against Agile values, practices, and processes. Working with the Product Owner, you will support the work of the squad by maintaining the backlog and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
