Position: Project Planning Coordinator
Location: Montreal-East
Salary: $70.000 to $93.000 per year
Job Type: Temporary

Do you have experience and skills in project management? Experience working with budgets and managing various project portofolio? Capable of working simutanesouly on various projects? Have great coordinative and leadership skills?

Leader in providing quick and responsive health care assistance is looking to hire a Project Planning Coordinator to join their East-End office.An opportunity to coordinate and overse the proigress of major proejcts, while acting as a project management expert within the organization.

Who we would love to meet:

-Excellent French spoken and written
-3-5 years experience in project management
-Have coordinated a project or managed a project portofolio in large organzaition
-Ability to set priorites, manage tasks and meet tight deadlines
-Strong skills in writing reports
-Communication skills
-Ability to analyze with a concern for quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Bachelors Degree in administration, social science, or other related to field.

What will be assigned to you:

-Coordinate the work of project managers and ensure project completion
- Define and document project objectives
- Define project budget requirements
- Meet with Project Managers to ensure that all organizational stakeholders (internal and external) are engaged and making progress on organizational and project goals
- Participate in project progress reports
- Produce and analyze various performance indicators
- Contribute to the development of reference material and templates
- Resolve project-related issues
- Prepare plans, graphs, tables and diagrams to help analyze or present problems; work with a variety of project management tools
- Manage project portfolio
- Develop the project office by reviewing processes and tools specific to the project office, with a view to continuous improvement;
- Carry out any other tasks assigned
