We are looking for a talented and professional Project Performance Team Analyst with 5-10 years of experience supporting and providing direction on projects in the pursuit of building and project performance goals. This role is an integral part of the firm to standardize and support the Project Performance Team (\xe2\x80\x9cPPT\xe2\x80\x9d) initiative.

The role is based in our downtown Vancouver, B.C. office, where each day we ideate, collaborate and create, supported by a culturally diverse group of architectural professionals, in-house leading-edge technology including digital fabrication, virtual design and realization, and physical modelling. Our Vancouver team thrives on multi-disciplinary engagement while practicing at the intersection of architecture and urban design and are distinguished by our creative and intellectual curiosity.

As a Project Performance Team Analyst, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Be responsible for supporting the client and project team in developing a sustainable vision and project goals.
  • Coordinate consultant team in development of design strategies in meeting building performance vision and project goals.
  • Support the development of office / firmwide building and project performance goals.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting and providing direction on projects in the pursuit of building and project performance goals within the AEC industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with sustainable standards; such as LEED, WELL and Passive House training is considered an asset.
  • Ability to lead workshops and conversations with clients and project teams to identify project Building Performance / Sustainability goals.
  • You thrive in a project-driven, constantly changing, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease.
  • You are resourceful, self-motivated and have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and process standardization.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are required and an established practice with building performance and sustainability is required.
  • You have an awareness of Life Cycle Analysis, material transparency protocols and associated specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants and ZGF team in the development of systems (including envelope / mechanical) to meet operational performance targets.
  • Review project documentation through design development goals and provide feedback on meeting Building Performance / Sustainability goals.
  • Support with the development of Vancouver office and ZGF firmwide Building Performance / Sustainability initiatives.
