Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Operations Coordinator to support our construction team. The role involves assisting with project management tasks, coordinating multiple priorities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring clear communication between teams, trades, and stakeholders. This subcontracting position plays a key role in delivering projects on time and within scope.

Duties

Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines. Coordinate project activities using tools such as Jira and Kanban for effective task management. Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and identify potential risks. Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership regarding status and potential issues. Support risk management efforts by identifying risks early and proposing mitigation strategies. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes for project discussions.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a related field is required. Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies. Knowledge of construction and renovation practices is a strong asset. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong data collection and analysis skills, with meticulous attention to detail for accurate reporting. Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering team collaboration. Experience in vendor management is advantageous but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for engaging effectively with stakeholders.
