This model creates a consistent hospitality experience for our clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees.Job SummaryThe Project Manager will coordinate construction, renovation, and other facilities projects, manage relationships with contractors and the client, maintain facility project budgets and schedules, and ensure all projects are delivered at or above established client and safety standards.Now, if you were to come on board as our Project Manager, we\xe2\x80\x99d ask you to do the following for us:

• Coordinate projects that have elevated safety risks, multiple contractors, and client engagement
• Prepare budgets, cost analyses, feasibility studies and project justifications to ensure proper decision making by senior management and the client
• Estimate all work as requested, including developing job scopes, sourcing out material and effectively estimating labor and material costs
• Ensures all projects have all necessary government and regulatory approvals before commencement
• Build and maintain sound working relationships with project teams and contractors
• Coordinates and oversees activities to ensure project progresses on schedule, achieving planned milestones and within the pre\xe2\x80\x90scribed budget
• Develop and manage job and construction schedules, timelines and milestones that meet stakeholder needs, to ensure all projects are executed in accordance with Clients standards and requirements
• Lead, manage and document project meetings
• Prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects in a high\xe2\x80\x90pressure environment
• Track and manage costs to ensure work stays on budget, and 3rd party invoices are submitted in a timely and accurate fashion
• Ensure agreed HSE & quality control and reporting procedures are correctly and fully understood and implemented

• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of progressive responsibility in successfully managing/ coordinating projects in an industrial/facilities environment
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to contract & construction projects, as well as Alberta OHS and associated regulations
• Experience working with engineering and architectural consultants and a knowledge of standard design and engineering processes
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
