Extension: Probable after the initial mandate

Hours per day or Week: 7.25 hours per day

Security Level: OPP Level 2

Must have:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Program Design & Management
• 8 plus years skills and experience in I&IT project management.
• Experience working with 24X7 public safety organizations
• Experience with radio technologies would be an asset
• Skills and experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow-ups.
• Skills and experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Skills and experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts such as risk, issue & action logs, briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes.
• Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Skills and experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost data
• Skills and experience reviewing and ensuring submitted documentation is complete and accurate.
• A team player with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines
• All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the OPS. Clearance levels are as follows: Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) level 2.
• Security Clearance process, levels, roles etc. are subject to change without prior notice. Candidates may be required to undergo revised/new process (or levels) anytime prior or during the term of the contract.
