Role Description

:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/Estimator located in Winnipeg, MB. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and estimation of construction projects. Tasks include expediting project materials, coordinating logistics, inspecting project sites, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications

:

- 3 years of experience in Project Management and Estimating in ICI Construction for projects in the $100K - $5M range.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and other digital project and schedule management tools.

- Hands on construction experience is an asset but not required.

- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and sub-trades.

A Successful Candidate Will Need To

:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Solve problems efficiently, on a daily basis.

- Administrate contract scheduling, documentation, change management, invoicing and project closeouts.

- Demonstrate team leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and sub-trades.

- Work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
