What You'll Do

Take ownership of projects from initial bid through to final delivery Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment Lead tender submissions and manage post-tender communications Develop and manage construction schedules, contracts, and progress reports Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success Negotiate revisions, manage subcontractors, and monitor job site performance Handle job cost forecasting, billing, and financial reporting Maintain detailed project documentation and records Act as a key client liaison and support business development initiatives Mentor junior staff and champion a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture

What You Bring

Degree in Engineering or a related field (EIT designation preferred) 5+ years of project management and estimating experience Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contract documentation Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and construction documentation Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license Familiarity with pipe, fittings, and flange standards is a plus

Salary:

$120K - $140k per annum
