Noble Exteriors is expanding! We are proud to announce the opening of our

Atlantic Office

in Halifax/Bedford, NS -- which will oversee our operations across

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador

.

We specialize in

commercial exterior solutions

, including masonry, ACM panels, EIFS, siding, painting, and caulking. With a strong reputation in the construction market, we are now looking for a dedicated

Project Manager

to join our growing team and lead our Atlantic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new commercial project opportunities across Atlantic Canada. Prepare accurate

takeoffs

and assist in project

estimating and pricing

. Coordinate with

local suppliers

for material procurement and scheduling. Oversee project execution and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams. Contribute to the continued growth and success of Noble Exteriors in the Atlantic region.

Qualifications:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

commercial construction project management

. Strong understanding of building envelopes, exterior systems, and construction processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software (e.g., Planswift Autocad or Insight). Valid

Canadian citizenship or permanent residency

(required). Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Atlantic provinces when required.
