Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of civil construction project management methodologies. This role involves overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. The Project Manager will utilize tools such as Microsoft, HeavyBid, and HeavyJob to facilitate project tracking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects using established project management methodologies. Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Manage requirements gathering and documentation to ensure all stakeholder needs are met. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges. Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback from team members. Ensure compliance with organizational standards for project management practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a civil construction environment with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Strong knowledge of requirements management processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred but not required.
