Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from initial planning and budgeting through to completion and handover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company known for its commitment to excellence and growth in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.

Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Someone with experience as a Senior Project coordinator for 2+ years will also be considered.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects ($20 million to $100 million).

Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
