Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Commercial Glazing Estimator to join our team. As an Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and providing detailed estimates for aluminum/glass construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of estimating and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates Visit constructions sites to properly assess work involved Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project pricing Provide support to project teams during the pre-construction phase
SKILLS

Must have working knowledge of Alumicor, Kawneer and US Aluminum products Must have knowledge with automatics and door hardware Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques Familiarity with project management principles Strong negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
