Our client, a leader in office solutions and technology deployment, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting large-scale office equipment deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $44.22/Hr
What's the Job?

• Manage the successful implementation of complex outsourcing projects, including planning, coordination, and control activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and maintain systematic communication and control plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Assess current environments and recommend changes to optimize project outcomes, including change management activities such as training and post-install support.
• Build strong professional relationships with key client executives to establish credibility and ensure customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in technology rollouts, such as telecommunications, IT, or office equipment deployments, is preferred.
• Strong project planning and control skills with the ability to break down complex projects into manageable components.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, and client management skills.
• Ability to identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies effectively.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism.
